Yep, rained almost the entire day.
Stayed in. Caught up with my blogging - truly adventurous. Then dashed out, during a lull in the rain and took my potted plants up to the Garden plot.
It's looking better now that I've made the effort to clear it.
I came back with a handful of PEAS. My first crop from the plot.
WOOPPEEEE!!!
Got soaked in, yet another, down pour, but it was such a relief to get out of the house for a bit of air.
In the evening, sitting around, there was the clank of the cans, and there they were; THE TWINS.
Not the mice this time; no.
They're so little. SO SWEET.
I had to get closer.
And I did.
SEE HOW TEENY WEENY THEY ARE??
I LUFF DEM.
DAD'S HERE! - FRIDAY 28.5.10
My dad arrived yesterday. He's staying until, umm, well.... ahh, yeh, now I come to think of it - I HAVE NO IDEA!!
Still he seems to have settled in very well.
(Excuse the mess on the stairs)
Today I had to go to the hospital to have an eye check.
All clear: PHEW!
Only problem, MAD EYES, for the entire day.
KEPT MY SHADES ON.
Stopped to take a few photos with my camera which arrived yesterday.
Even with shades on my eyes smarted, but I battled on bravely.
Even when I went shopping those shades stayed put.
Debbi should be serving behind the counter. You don't get a welcome like this in Tesco. She grabbed my new, point and shoot camera and took this shot of us hugging. Still my eyes continued to weep.
A very sunny day, spent in doors, in the shade.
What a bloody waste.
