Should've Gone To Spec Savers

I fitted a few blinds in a customers house, like you do.

This half finished Roman blind needed some velcro to be sewn on, which I did, double quick. I offered it up and it wouldn't hook onto its other half. I had sewn the velcro on inside out;

 and what was worse?

I HADN'T NOTICED!

So it was glasses on, unpick all six feet of it, back to square one,

and get it right second time around.
