Tell Us A Story

Believe it or not, our tiny town of Nailsworth has TWO knitting wool shops. 

They're very different to each other.

BOBBLE sells the doings for quality wool and patchwork in a very sophisticated, zen like setting.
MOTHER GOOSE sells all that and more, way more, in a hugga-mugga of colour and organised chaos.

I LOVE, AND SHOP IN, BOTH ESTABLISHMENTS. 

When I sauntered into MOTHER GOOSE the other day to pick up some yarn for a hat (see my other blog, "Make It Sew""), I saw this dress and was told that I could 

WIN A PRIZE!!!!

All I have to do is write a story inspired by the dress.

Deadline Feb 28th. 

The dress was hand knitted by SUE REED (hope I remembered that correctly) in the 56 days she was on a European holiday. 

It is a dress for a story teller to wear.
